[cal10n-dev] Check out 0.6.5

Hello all, Well, after several days of work, CAL10N is becoming a fairly usable alternative to ResourceBundles. Even at this early stage, it offers complier assisted message key management, tooling to check for errors, very good performance and automatic reloading of bundles upon change. Another feature I am thinking about is reading bundles in a specified encoding which would eliminate the native2ascii step.
