We have also encountered this problem. Is there a workaround or fix in the works? Unless we misunderstand something, cal10n hardly seems usable without being able to have a fallback properties file. Thanks, Johannes

I have asked the same question back in Sep 2010 and received no answer: http://mailman.qos.ch/pipermail/cal10n-user/2010-September/000020.html After quite some time I have burried cal10n. Seemed like Ceki abondoned this project many years ago. Michael
