Hi, the FixedWindowRollingPolicy performs the compression on the logging thread which can bring the application to halt, when compressing large files. Please consider modifing the FixedWindowRollingPolicy to perform the operation on a background thread as requested in LBCORE-48. Regards, Zoltan Szel
