I'm implementing a non-singleton use of logging (for injection) and would find useful having ContextInitializer#findConfigFileURLFromSystemProperties(ClassLoader,boolean) in a 3-arg form taking the resourceName rather than reading it from system properties. As it is, I'm copy/pasting the relevant bits into my own code which is, of course, lame.
