The changes in revision 1641 won't really solve the original problem but introduces a whole new one instead.
Why doesn't revision 1641 address the original problem? Thank you for pointing out the string size issue with the writeUTF method in ObjectOutputStream. In revision 1642 the size of the string values in argArray are capped to the exact same limit as allowed by writeUTF.
