Think about how many suppressed exceptions Logback users do not see. Each such case is a missed debugging oportunity.

p.s. why Logback development is so passive? There are a lot of pull requests on github - why not merge them if they are good or close them if not? Just ignoring somebody's effort to help with development is not a good way to build a community.
