I'am also facing this issue.
ch.qos.logback.classic.util.ContextInitializer#autoConfig calls StatusListenerConfigHelper.installIfAsked(loggerContext) which install status listeners from system property.
ReconfigureOnChangeFilter is resetting context but do not restore status listeners.
I think that ch.qos.logback.classic.turbo.ReconfigureOnChangeFilter.ReconfiguringThread#performXMLConfiguration should also call StatusListenerConfigHelper.installIfAsked right after resetting context.
