Weblogic thread names are very long. It makes sense to log these thread names in a shorter and more pleasant way. Example
[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'
could be logged
as
[A] weblogic-kernel-0]
