[logback-dev] Moving some tests to Scala

Hello all, In light of the large code base in logback dealing with tests, I started moving some of the test to Scala. As you are probably aware, Scala has a number serious advantages over java. It has some serious disadvantages as well. It's all still very experimental. I'll let you know how it goes. Cheers, -- Ceki
