I tried to install the Beagle plugin in Luna and Neon (Eclipse Java Developer package):
It didn't work.

For me it looks like it is depending on a special version of SLF4J. Therefore it wont work in systems where a newer version is already installed.
By renaming SLF4J jar files I actually got Beagle running - but got an class loader error trying to run my program
