[logback-dev] (LOGBACK-1260) Correct parsing of java.version string for Java 9

Hi Ceki, Had you time to look into the changes in the version check to support JDK 9 jet. I did not hear from you lately… Please let me know if there is any thing that needs to be changed. Cheers Patrick
