I am not fluent english speaker, but documentation to TurboFilter looks incorrect for me:

TurboFilter is a specialized filter with a decide method that takes a bunch of parameters instead of a single event object. The latter is cleaner but the latter is much more performant.

Last sentence should be changed to something like "The latter is cleaner but the first is much more performant."
