[logback-dev] misplaced comment breaking builds

Hi This text is breaking the builds. I presume it should be a comment https://github.com/qos-ch/logback/commit/ee57be191351820baf83e7ae9cebfb1ab26 3e987#r48496270 Should this just be commented out? Is this WIP? Why knows the history of this Regards Mike
