3) As you have mentioned, ExecutionContext was renamed as InterpretationContext.

The issues you raised have been fixed in commit 93de23.
Since name changes were made at a time when we were using SVN instead of git, and the history was imported from SVN to git, they are not shown by git's history (nor SVN's).
Finding such stale references seems pretty difficult. How did you do it?
