[logback-dev] Logback access issue JIRA LOGBACK-1229

hello logback community, I am recently using logback access valve with tomcat server and running into this issue in the JIRA ticket. https://jira.qos.ch/browse/LOGBACK-1229 The PR is in the ticket. This ticket has been pushed back for almost 2 years and am wondering if this is on track to be fixed in logback 1.4.5. Thank you Daphne
