Is there a sifting appender discriminator based on a Marker's name? If
not, is there a reason why doing this would not work or would be a bad idea?
I know that Markers can have "child" markers, so some one might ask the
question "which name", but I think there a reasonable, first, answer
would be "only the top-level one".
