I have observed that the use of TeeFilter corrupts the accents in my  http webpages.

Surely we have the same problem as the one described for the RequestDumpValve in the bug https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40177.

Can somebody confirm it? Is it possible to bypass the problem?
