[logback-user] TLS problem in SMTPAppender

Ceki, In SMTPAppender, the TLS property is tied to the auth property and it shouldn't be. Mail servers can require TLS without requiring authentication. I've put in a pull request on github that removes the auth requirement if you enable TLS. For future reference, is the pull request sufficient, or do I need to open an issue, send email to the mailing list, etc? Thanks, -Mark
