[logback-user] User manual in logback version 0.9.27

I just tooked at the user manual for version 0.9.27 to refresh myself on a couple of details related to the JMSQueueAppender and find that it is missing from the manual for this version of logback. Is this intentional or an oversight. This information was in the 0.9.26 manual.
