Hello, in the latest logback version 1.2.2, the annoying (and useless from the user perspective) message "Worker started" is printed on standard output every time a new worker thread is started by the "ch.qos.logback.classic.AsyncAppender" See: https://logback.qos.ch/xref/ch/qos/logback/core/AsyncAppenderBase.html#L283 Would you please remove it and thereby boost the user satisfaction significantly.
