[logback-user] FixedWindowRollingPolicy force rollover check at startup for short-lived applications

      Hello Logback Team

How can I achieve a "rollover check" at startup for the 
FixedWindowRollingPolicy (something like cleanHistoryOnStart for the 
TimeBasedRollingPolicy)?
