[slf4j-dev] TransferableMdc - ability use MDC across threads/with executors

Hi I've submitted a pull request https://github.com/qos-ch/slf4j/pull/150 which provides a way to use MDC across threads/with executors. What do you think about usefulness of this API and about this approach?
