However, I also use Markers with my logger to allow for more complex filtering rules using a turboFilter. I can't use both given the API in org.slf4j.cal10n.LocLogger. Using MDC isn't an option as the code is running inside a Vert.x event loop and use of thread locals doesn't work in that world.
